Google Fit Day 2, Extended

After morning session of walking, I continued to walk around 30 minutes this evening. Another half-hour walk.

30 Minutes Walk ~ 3,000 Steps

As can be seen above, 30 minutes walk is around 2 point something kilometers; about 3,000 steps, and 150 calories burned, give or take.

It definitely feels good to exercise regularly… šŸ™‚
